Shri Kamaxshi Devi - Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital

1) VISTARA – 2007 :
This was an intercollegiate event organized by Goa College of Architecture on 2nd Feb’2007 at Kala Academy, Panjim. For the dance and fashion show competition, our students got 2nd Prize of Rs.7000/- in the fashion show competition and also got 2nd place in MOCK UP FASHION.

2) Dated: 9th and 10th Feb’ 2007--> PHOENIX– 2007:
A cultural event was organized by the Student’s Council of Shri Kamaxidevi Homoeopathic Medical College on 9th and 10th Feb’ 2007 for Professional colleges in the faculty of Medicine, Engineering, Pharmacy & Architecture. The event was a grand success. Goa Medical College emerged as winners while Birla Institute of Technology, Goa campus were the runners up.

3) Dated: 18th to 22nd Feb’07--> Sports Activities
Goa State Intercollegiate cricket tournament ( medical/ paramedical ) was held from 18th to 22nd Feb’2007. Goa College of Pharmacy was the winners while Goa Dental College was the runners up.

4) Dated: 25th Feb’2007 --> DHOOM’ 2007:
Students participated in an Intercollegiate Mega event organized by Gomantak Today, on the occasion of its 1st Anniversary Celebration on 25th Feb’2007 at the Inox Courtyard, Panjim. Our students won the 1st place in Fashion show Competition and also got 2nd place for Hair Styling and 3rd place for Saree dressing on the spot competition. Our students won 2nd place, prize of Rs.12,000/- overall.

5) Dated: 28th Feb 2007 --> OZONE ‘2007 :
Students participated in Ozone 2007, on 28th Feb 2007, an intercollegiate event organized by Rayeshwar Institute of Engineering. Students performed excellently and got 1st prize of Rs.10000/- in fashion show and also 1st prize of Rs.7000/- in Dance competition.

6) Dated: 1st to 3rd Mar’2007--> HAPPENINGS:
Happenings was organized by Goa Engineering college, Farmagudi on 1st, 2nd and 3rd March 2007. Our students won 1st place in fashion show, group dance competition. There were various events organized by GEC, overall our college won 2nd place.

7) Dated: 9th to 11th of Mar’2007--> WAVES 2007:
Waves 2007 was a mega event organized by Birla Institute of Technology, Goa campus on 9th, 10th and 11th of March 2007. The event witnessed a huge crowd i.e. BITS Pilani from Rajasthan was also the participant college. There were around 40 on-stage and off-stage events held at the same time in different places for the 3–days. All the arrangements done were fabulous. Our students won 2nd place in Fashion Show, 1st place in stamp on mark and 2nd place in Soap Carving which was an off-stage event.

8) Dated: 15th & 16th Mar’2007 GENESIS – 2007:
Genesis 2007 was organized by Goa Medical College on 15th and 16th March. Our students won 1st place in Fashion show competition, Couple dance competition, Mehandi competition. Also won 2nd place in framing competition, 1st place in Dupatta making competition and 2nd place in Gender Blender which were the off-stage events.
